how do i order tickets

Single Tickets for all concerts at the Centennial Auditorium go on sale August 15th at all Ticketmaster outlets. The Ticketmaster outlets include:
Place Riel, U of S Campus; Customer Service Kiosk, Market Mall; Midtown Plaza Kiosk; SaskPlace; Bee Jay's, North Battleford; Tunes & Trinkets, Rosetown; Backstage Music, Melfort Mall; Pharmasave, Prince Albert; Videoquest, Humboldt; and Ticketmaster Canada Online.

Payment must be made in full before tickets will be released. The Symphony accepts cash, cheques, Visa, Mastercard, American Express and Debit Cards. Ticket prices include GST (Business Number 119141380 RT). Cheques can be made payable to: Saskatoon Symphony

Hours of Operation
Symphony office hours are from 9 a.m. to 5 p.m. Monday to Friday. The office is closed Saturdays and Sundays and all statutory holidays as well as from Christmas Eve Day to New Year's Day. Our office phone number is 665-6414. The Ticketmaster box office at Centennial Auditorium is open 10:00 a.m. to 5:30 p.m. and on concert days from 10:00 a.m. to show time. Ticketmaster phone orders can be made Monday to Friday 10:00 a.m. to 8 p.m. and Saturdays 10 a.m. to 5:30 p.m. by calling 938-7800.

Exchanges
Subscribers are entitled to exchange their tickets for another Symphony performance of equal value or less. If you want to upgrade in the process of the exchange you will be required to pay the difference. Exchanges must be made at the Symphony office no later than the Friday prior to the performance and are subject to ticket availability.

Lost Subscription Tickets
A replacement letter can be issued from the Symphony that can be shown at the door of the concert hall. Arrangements must be made by the Friday prior to the performance. Refunds Refunds for subscriptions may be issued under special circumstances at the discretion of the Saskatoon Symphony General Manager. You may return subscription tickets to our office for resale prior to performances and a tax deductible donation receipt will be issued for the paid value of the tickets.

Gift Certificates from the Symphony for birthdays, anniversaries, graduations, Christmas or other special occasions are available in any amount from our office.
