Thank you Saskatoon!

Following the POPS concert featuring Nikki Yanofsky on January 16, 2010 musicians collected donations from audience members.  Conductor, Tommy Banks, met with musicians earlier on the concert day and when the topic turned to the earthquake in Haiti, it was quickly decided to make an appeal to the public.  The Saskatoon Symphony Orchestra is pleased to report that the donation totalled $2577.62 .  The Saskatoon Symphony Orchestra wishes to thank their Saskatoon audience for this support.

After the concert with Nikki Yanofsky, while musicians collected donations from audience members to support the disaster relief program in Haiti, younger audience members lined up to meet with Nikki and to seek her autograph.
